Terms of service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms cover your use of SaferResident, a service of Giraffe Solutions LLC, a Wyoming company.
What the service is
SaferResident is a safety orientation and record keeping tool. It adds to your building's safety systems, local codes and official guidance. It doesn't replace any of them, and it isn't insurance or insurance advice.
Your responsibilities
You make sure the building details you give us are accurate and that you have the right to share resident contact details with us for this purpose. You decide the resident incentive and apply it in your own systems.
Residents
Residents never pay for SaferResident.
Fees
Pilots are free for the agreed period. After that, fees are as shown on our pricing page or in your order. You can cancel at any time.
