- Reminders go out 3 and 7 days after the invite, so nobody has to chase residents.

Completions you can trust
Each invite link is tied to one unit and one person, and residents sign in with a one time code sent to the email on the lease. Every part has a minimum time, the final questions are shuffled, and anything unusual, like one phone finishing for several units, is flagged for your team.
Built around your building
Add a photo of the water shutoff for each unit type, your electrical panel, your meeting point outside and your after hours line. Residents see your own details. Freeze prep only shows up where pipes can freeze, and gas safety only where there's gas.
Pilot and price
Free 90 day pilot on 1 to 3 properties. After that, $1 per unit per month after the pilot, $200 monthly minimum. SaferResident works alongside leak sensors and automatic shutoffs.
